Frequently Asked Questions

(FAQ’s) of those who have visited TheWealthIncreaser.com

Q: “Sweet blog!  I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News.  Do you have any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News?  I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there!  Thank you”

A:  Not really, TheWealthIncreaser.com attempts to write at a level that is at The Wealth Increaser’s  highest level of excellence and then present the article to the blog universe.  Whether Yahoo, or other popular websites or news services pick up the the blog is beyond the concern of TheWealthIncreaser.com!

Having said that, it is our hope that it is picked up by as many sources as possible based on what we have seen TheWealthIncreaser.com articles and site do in the lives of those who come into contact with the articles and site and desire to achieve major success.

Regardless, of who picks up or link to this site TheWealthIncreaser.com has the goal of achieving excellence in all of the articles that are created.

Whether other media outlets pick up and positively respond to the content that is written is of no major concern to TheWealthIncreaser.com as the goal of TheWealthIncreaser.com is for “consumers” (you) to achieve major success while here on planet earth and the articles are written in a style and tone that is designed to allow you to do just that!

Q: Your new book has really helped me formulate a plan for my financial future in a way that I never thought possible.  Where did you get your education and writing style as it is style that I have never seen?

A: I obtained my financial planning education at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia.  I did my undergraduate work in Finance/Marketing at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.  I’ve had great instructors in the past and great mentors along the way in my financial career.  In addition, my real-world experience in loan processing, financial planning and real estate have prepared me in a unique way for the writing style that I now display.  When it comes to writing—whether books, or on my websites, I look at what I create as a battle against myself—not a battle against the competition.

My goal is to create and write at a level that is my absolute best that is within me based on the inspiration that I receive at the time that I write, and also with the goal of writing and presenting information and advice in a style that has never been presented to the world—thereby providing (hopefully) more inspiration and encouragement for you and others to reach your goals—as high as they may be—and as far as you can see!

By presenting information and advice in a manner that is not the norm, my goal is to get you to process the information differently and move toward the success that you desire in a manner that can truly take you where you need or desire to be.

The outward validation from others and/or search engine optimization along with marketing aims are not the focus of my writing style.  My goal is to get website visitors and those who purchase wealth building products that are created on this site a real edge as they pursue their wealth building efforts and in a way that there are no strings attached—thereby providing you and others no excuse for not achieving more and performing at your highest level of excellence in the building of wealth while you are here on planet earth.

Q: What led you to create The Wealth Increaser?

A:  The inspiration to create The Wealth Increaser occurred on January 28th, 2014 while I was delayed on the highway in Atlanta due to a snowstorm that would later be known as snowjam.   TheWealthIncreaser.com  actually began on the Clickbank Platform in January of 2014 and after a number of months of finally creating a number of books and getting the look and feel right on that site—Clickbank decided to go another direction when they began Clickbank University in the Summer of 2014.

I was quite happy with their platform and just when I got the site to look like I wanted it to look I was forced with the task of having to create my own website or pay someone to do it.  Although it was a daunting task, I chose the former and the end result is this site (created in October of 2014) with the same name but the major search engines don’t recognize your site the same when you change hosting companies even when using the same web address as you basically have to start the process over.

Even so, we feel that this current site is an improvement over the one that was on the Clickbank Platform and visitors have really responded well to this site despite it being fairly newclick here to learn more…

Q:  Does your blog have a contact page?

I’m having a tough time locating it but, I’d like to shoot you an e-mail.  I’ve got some creative ideas for your blog that you might be interested in hearing.

Either way, great website and I look forward to seeing it develop over time.”

Since you now asked,  TheWealthIncreaser.com has just created one!

How to Contact TheWealthIncreaser.com…

Q:  Are the systems and approaches that you espouse in your books based on theories and what might occur or is it a proven system?

A:  In all of the books listed on this site the systems and approaches are based on proven systems that consumers from all walks of life have used to achieve success on a continuous basis.

Unlike other sites we offer a full—no questions asked 60 day refund policy because we have seen what the systems and approaches in all of the books have done in the lives of consumers worldwide and continue to do.  We want you to feel comfortable about the decisions that you make in regards to your finances.  Having said that, you must play your part in attaining your future success!   That means that you must be motivated and determined to achieve the success that you desire.

If you are, the books on this site will truly point you in the direction of real success.  In almost all cases the effectiveness of the systems and approaches that you will come across in the books that can be found on this site  will be self-evident or readily apparent to you and you will be able to fully comprehend your path to success!

Again, if you are unsatisfied you have my personal guarantee (Thomas (TJ) Underwood) of a full refund—within 60 days if you feel any of the books do not meet your expectations.  In addition, be sure to “look inside” (you can do so on the product page) each book that you are considering for purchase to ensure that you feel that the book has the potential to meet your expectations!

Q:  Do you have a donate button?  “It’s a shame you don’t have a donate button!  I’d most certainly donate to this outstanding blog!  Your other blogs are beautifully written as well.

I guess for now I will settle for book-marking and adding your RSS feed to my Google account.  I look forward to brand new updates and will talk about your sites with my Facebook group.  Chat soon!”

A: We do not accept donations on this site or any of our sites.  The goal of this site and our other sites is to spread powerful credit, finance and real estate advice to those who truly desire success in their wealth building future.  If you have a need for our products you can purchase a product, however if you can navigate this and our other sites (realty-1-strategic-advisors.com and the-best-atlanta-real-estate-advice.com) and attain the success that you desire without doing so, that is fine by us.

In addition, we don’t recommend that you purchase our products for others as the desire and motivation for achieving major success must come from inside of the person who desires success.

Over the years we have found that if you do not desire success for yourself—you (or others) won’t obtain the maximum benefit from our products when received as a gift.

However,  TheWealthIncreaser.com asks that if you have a sincere desire to donate—donate to a worthy charity or a cause that you are really passionate about that will impact the lives of others in a positive manner.

TheWealthIncreaser.com believes you will be blessed beyond your imagination by doing so.

For those of you who desire to donate to your favorite cause at a higher level and are unable to do so at this time or are unable to do so at the level that you desire, continue to frequent this site and you too will soon be in position to donate to your favorite cause at the level that you desire.

Q: Howdy,  fantastic website! Does running a blog like this take a large amount of work?

I have absolutely no understanding of computer programming but I was hoping to start my own blog soon.  Anyway, should you have any recommendations or tips for new blog owners please share.

I understand this is off subject but I simply wanted to ask. Cheers!

A:  It depends on your content and subject matter as well as your ability to create content efficiently. Once you get your site set up with the look and feel that you want adding content is really not that difficult.

Once you have your website name and hosting company (I use dreamhost but there are many other reputable companies) you can set up your platform through wordpress.org (free) which is quite simple and is fairly user friendly. You can choose from a number of themes and layouts to give your site the look and feel that you desire.

The set-up and maintenance really is not that difficult as I do not consider myself to be a techie or proficient in HTML. With a step by step plan and a good amount of patience I am sure that you can create a great looking website that serves your intended purpose.

You can later add plug-ins (software) that fits your particular needs and create a great looking site that will put you on a path to get you the results that you desire.

Keep in mind that there are a number of other “site creation companies” that may offer you different approaches and take you along step by step but you may not totally own the site. The process that I mentioned above “allows you” to own your site!  Be sure to scroll to the bottom of this page to learn about other helpful site creation tips and advice that you may find helpful.

Q:  Why do I even need credit, I’m comfortable living without utilizing credit?

A:  Unless you find yourself in the ideal position where you don’t have a need to use credit during your life you will need to utilize credit at some point during your life if you desire to live at a marginal level of comfort.  If you have a very high net worth or you come from a family with a very high net worth—you may not have a need for credit!

However, if you are like most of us you will need to utilize credit at some point during your life.   In addition,  you can use credit as a leveraging tool to achieve even greater financial success during your lifetime if you use credit wisely.

The proper question to ask then becomes, how can I use credit to my and my family’s best advantage during the period of my life that I intend or have to utilize credit?

By asking that question and answering it appropriately you can put your mind on a path to coming up with a plan that allows you to use credit for the minimal amount of time possible during your lifetime.  You can then devise a plan that truly serves your and your family’s best interest—not creditors and others who could really care less about your future success or your use of credit.

You can go to this page that I created several years ago to get an even deeper understanding of how you can understand and use credit more effectively in your life—right now.   If you have a need to “improve your credit” at this time be sure to visit our Credit Improvement page on this site before you do anything else!

Q: Hi there, would you mind letting me know which web host you’re using? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster than most.

Thank you, I appreciate it!

A: TheWealthIncreaser.com uses Award Winning Web Hosting By DreamHost, However there are many others that you might want to consider:  WordPress Hosting by Bluehost, Unlimited Domain Hosting Only $9.95 a Month offered by Hostgator—particularly effective if you are considering creating a number of sites or blogs.

If you prefer wordpress and would like a helpful assistant—bizexpress by SBI can be a helpful tool.  By utilizing bizexpress you could possibly save time and also create a great looking website that does what you want it to do.

For those of you who prefer a step-by-step approach—as was the case when I started my first websites and blogs you can utilize SBI (Site Build It) to get started fast.  Be sure that  you are highly motivated and you desire real success as SBI will provide you the tools that are needed to help you achieve major success just as I did with the creation of two of the most empowering consumer sites that can be found on the internet:

1) realty-1-strategic-advisors.com and

2) the-best-atlanta-real-estate-advice.com

It is important that you have the time commitment that is necessary if you decide to pursue this approach as there is a learning curve involved.

Q:  I’ve bought several of your books and I really found them to be quite impressive and helpful.  What led you to start providing books and advice to consumers at this time?

A:  After witnessing the devastation of the financial and real estate markets in 2007 and 2008 and witnessing how that collapse affected consumers as well as my own company in a negative way—I then seriously processed the damage that was done.  I then asked myself what can “I” do to provide an environment for a financial and real estate meltdown of the magnitude that was experienced in 2007-2008 to never occur again?

I knew that I could not take the same approach that I had taken in the past (in 2005-2006 I had the inspiration to put out a number of credit and finance books—including the empowering “3 Step Structured Approach”,  however I failed to act in an appropriate manner).  In the subsequent years (2007-2008) the financial and real estate markets collapsed and even though the books that I would later create would not have saved the world, they could have reduced the magnitude or effect of the market collapse in the lives of many consumers.

The thoughts of not creating a book that could have made a difference in the lives of consumers in a major way remained in my subconscious mind for a number of years.  However, in 2012 I made the decision to act on the inspiration to put the systems and approaches that were in my mind and heart and had benefited consumers for years (but were really nothing—until I made the decision to turn them into something) on the market to truly benefit consumers in a major way and consumers worldwide have benefited til this day.  In the end acting on the inspiration that you receive when it is in your best interest to do so is all that really counts when you are trying to do something big in your life!

I knew that if I did not create Managing & Improving Your Credit & Finances for this MILLENNIUM and a number of other highly effective books—I could not have a positive effect in the lives of consumers and play some part in preventing a major market collapse that was experienced in 2007 and 2008 from occurring in the future.

I knew that the likelihood of a system as empowering as that of the 3 Step Structured Approach and other empowering  credit and finance systems that can be found in my most recent books would never hit the marketplace and be able to provide consumers an efficient and effective path towards the goals that they desire if I did not take decisive action and put the vision that I saw into “real motion.”

I knew that if I did not put in the required effort to bring the products to market and properly focus on the outcomes that consumers would achieve the systems and approaches would never be available on a large scale for consumers to use in their daily life.

I also knew that I had to make the purchase cost effective so that consumers would have no excuse for not achieving the success that they desire or need to achieve so that they could really reach their future goals and enjoy life on their terms!  I thank you for your purchases and I am of the opinion that you are on pace to achieve major success by doing so!   For those of you who are considering purchasing financial improvement books that can make a real difference in your life and put you on a serious path towards success be sure to visit our PRODUCTS page prior to exiting this site.

Q:  Prior to coming to this site, I had never heard of you.  How do you compete against well- known authors in the financial industry?

A:  Actually, I focus on what I can do to bring consumers empowering credit and finance systems and approaches that will really benefit them and their family.  My goal is to always do “the best that is within me” in all of the products that I create.

Because I don’t rely on traditional marketing I can focus on creating great content that can have a real impact in the lives of consumers on a consistent basis.  Most consumers who get our NEW GUIDE or purchase any of our books normally purchase additional books, therefore we don’t have to sell millions of books to cover marketing and other costs.

Furthermore,  because I don’t operate on a publishing deadline I can write in a style that allows you to process the information that your mind receives in an intelligent, consistent and proactive manner, so that the systems and approaches can have the most empowering effect possible in your and your family’s life—right now!

Having said all of that we don’t back away from the competition!  Be sure to compare the value and benefit that you will receive with the products on this site to that of the competition and come to your own conclusion as to what product will work best for you and your family.

In addition, the vast majority of the revenue stream from this site—whether book sales or otherwise—go toward the support of our websites or the creation of additional “low cost”  books in “The Real Estate & Finance 360 Degrees Series of Books.”

By purchasing products from this site you are helping to support those who sincerely want to improve their finances and your purchase will not only help you achieve your goals in a manner you never thought possible, but will also help others achieve their dreams as well.  By purchasing from this site you also allow us to continue to provide cutting edge products with content that is of high value and can’t be found anywhere else—thereby helping consumers achieve their goals in a manner that they may have never thought possible.

Q: I have a classic auto that I re-furbished and want to sell for more than I paid for it.  Is the sale taxable?

A: Sales of automobiles at a gain are normally taxed at the capital gains rate of 28% and would also be taxed at the state level–if applicable in your state.  Keep in mind the gain can be negated or reduced by the amount that you invested in the car (improvements that were made) prior to the sale.  You may also be able to use capital losses (up to an annual limit) to offset your capital gains if you qualify.

Q:  What can I do to get my friends and loved ones to start managing their finances better?

A:  It really needs to start inside of them as as we have found that most consumers who fail to manage their finances effectively don’t like to be lectured to and they will often take on a defensive posture where their mind will not receive what you are trying to convey.

However,  an email to them that could point them towards effective financial management sites might provide the opportunity for them to approach there finances in a more appropriate manner.

Keep in mind though, that for them to really desire to achieve at a high level the motivation for doing so must start and end inside of them!

Or another way of looking at it is—if “they” (your friends and loved ones) don’t want to manage their finances better—their mind will resist (won’t process the information and act on the information at a high level) the advice regardless of the importance that it is to their future success or they won’t process the information or advice at a level that allows them to reach their highest potential!

That “advice” being what they really need to hear to achieve at a higher level and make life more enjoyable and manageable for themselves and their family while hear on planet earth!

Do you at this time desire to get started on a serious path to success?

You can now do so—by choosing to give it your absolute best!

You could also possibly email them this page link https://www.thewealthincreaser.com/faqs/ or point them toward this site or another site that you feel is appropriate to possibly get them to see the need to start addressing their finances in a more appropriate manner.  Just realize that there is no guarantee that they will be receptive to it.

TheWealthIncreaser.com wishes you, your loved ones and your friends all the best!

Q: I’m fresh out of college and just started working.   What advice do you have for recent graduates or those just entering the workforce?

A: 20-30-40 Plan to Success—for those who are Age 30 or less®

You can use the above formula to achieve at a very high level.  Keep in mind that it will take discipline as most in the age 30 or less age group lack the discipline and commitment to stick to this plan.  This is a formula that I came up with in 2003 and those who continue to follow it are on a major path to success.

TheWealthIncreaser.com believes that Financial Planning is a Must—for those who are Age 20 Plus!

However if you do, or you follow it relatively close to the guidelines you can put yourself in position to retire early and pursue other life goals or objectives that you may have.

Many of my past clients who followed this plan own their home free and clear or are on path to doing so in an efficient manner and most have not reached the age of 35meaning they are or will soon be in position to live abundantly and enjoy life on their terms.

Keep in mind if you earn enough monthly and you keep your other monthly expenses reasonable you can still live abundantly and at the same time save according to the success formula.  In a nutshell the formula requires that you do the following:

Save 20% from the time you begin working up to age 30—save 30% from age 30 to age 40—save  40% from age 40 to age 60!

Example:

$100,000 in income from age 25 to age 30 at 20% per year equals $100,000 in savings—if your income is $50,000 per year your savings would be $50,000.

$100,000 in income from age 30 to age 40 at 30% per year equals $300,000 in savings—if your income is 50,000 per year your savings would be $150,000.

$100,000 in income from age 40 to age 60 at 40% per year equals $800,000 in savings—if your income is $50,000 per year your savings would be $400,000.

All combined you would have saved $1.2 million at an annual income of $100,000 over a 35 year period!

At an annual income of $50,000 you would have saved $600,000 over a 35 year period!

All of the above examples do not take compounding, pay raises, bonuses or additional sources of income into the equation.  Therefore your end result will be significant with compounding, marriage where your spouse works—and other variables that are too many to list in this Q and A are included.

Be sure to go to the Young Investors” page, the  “Life Stages & You” page, the Income page and the  Compounding page that can be found on the Realty 1 Strategic Advisors Web Site to learn about more helpful advice.

Q: “Greetingѕ!  This is my first comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I genuinely enjoy rеading your articles.”

Q: Howdy, what advice do you have for those who  are considering selling their home themselves?  I’ve had thoughts about selling my home myself but I have no real understanding of the process.

A:  Over the years we have had that question posed to our company on numerous occasions.  Selling your home yourself is not an easy process—however if you are one who likes the challenge of doing so and your home is in a desirable area and has the right curb appeal—you can do so if you approach the challenge with the right mindset and you have a realistic picture of what is required of you.

Because of the frequency of that question over a number of years—I was inspired to create a For Sale By Owner page in 2013 to help those who sincerely desire to sell their home themselves or those who are seriously considering selling their home themselves.  Be sure to visit the above links to get a comprehensive understanding of the home selling process before you do anything else!  By doing so you will gain the assurance that you need to determine if selling your home yourself at this point in time is appropriate for you in the current economy.

For the most effective way possible TheWealthIncreaser.com suggests The Fizbo Manual, our latest book to hit the market as it is designed to give you all that you need—to succeed.  In addition it is a short, but highly effective read!

Q: I was curious if you ever thought of changing the structure of your website? It is very well written; I love what you have got to say.  But maybe you could do a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.  You have got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures.

Maybe you could space it out better?

Response to Post Credit Improvement

A: Thanks for the tip, however the Credit Improvement page is for those who sincerely desire to improve their credit and if that is the case—it will require some effort on their part to get the ball rolling.

As a marketing major and current real estate broker no one understands the power of images and marketing more than I do, however this page is not about that—it is about sincerely helping those who want to transform their credit do so in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Those who sincerely desire to improve their credit will connect with this page if they desire real success in their future—as it is written at a level of comprehension that is appropriate for the content that is discussed.

Again thanks for the tip, but the page does what it was intended to do—help those who sincerely desire to improve their credit—do just that in a highly effective manner.
